HOW DO I PAY FOR SESSIONS?

Right now I only accept private pay however, I am in the process of accepting insurance.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

Yes, I do offer a sliding scale and we can talk more in-depth about that during your first session.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Each session lasts about 50 minutes

I HAVE BEEN TO COUNSELING BEFORE, I DID NOT LIKE IT, HOW WILL THIS BE DIFFERENT?

I always tell people, finding a counselor is like trying on shoes, you want to find the one that fits you. My first goal is always to build a trusting rapport with my clients and we will take it from there.
